The Pembroke Cottage:  Located at 1628 West 6th
Street.  On the bluffs overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

      This spacious three bedroom, two bath home has a large fenced  back yard with large covered porch for outdoor dining. The master bedroom, bathroom and sitting room are located on the second floor. The views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca from master bedroom are fantastic.

    The fully furnished kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave;the center island makes entertaining a breeze. The living room boasts a fireplace for cozy evening fireside reading or TV (cable) watching. But the 180 degree views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Mount Baker and Vancouver Island will keep you busy during any daylight hours when you are not out exploring the Olympic National Park. Be sure you are home to see the sunrises and sunsets.

    The two first floor  bedrooms share a bathroom. One is equipped with twin beds the other has a twin trundle bed which can become a king bed when the trundle is popped up. A washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen for easy access.

Rates:
May-October 899 USD/week for up to 5 guests
1050USD/week for 6 or 7 guests.

November-April 750 USD/week for up to 5 guests
900USD for 6 or 7 guests.

A monthly rate of 2400 dollars is also available in the summer or 2000 dollars in the winter months.

If you are unable to stay for a full week, ask about our nightly plans.
We do have a three night minimum.
A minimum cleaning fee of 75 dollars is assessed.
Room tax is 10.4% and is assessed on all stays of less than 30 days

A short drive will take you down off the bluff and into the downtown area for shopping, restraunts, theater or the ferry to Victoria.  There is convenient access to the Olympic National Park.

The house is equipped with a heat pump to make cool days warm and to cool on warm days.
