This spacious 2 bedroom 2bath home is in the popular Cherry Hill Neighborhood just a stroll away from a major grocery store and easy access to the Olympic National Park and the Victoria Ferries.
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. 

The master bedroom is a large room with ensuite bathroom.  The 2nd bedroom is Jack and Jill style and can accomodate 2-3 twin beds in various arrangements.  The 2nd bathroom and laundry facility are located on the 1st floor.

There are great views of the Olympic Mountains from the dining room and front yard. View of the
Strait of Juan de Fuca, Mount Baker and the lights of Victoria are best from the large back deck.

Summer Rates

1800 dollars per month including all utilities, water, sewer, electric, garbage, cable TV, VCR, telephone, plus lawn service.For stays of less than one month we are required to collect 10.3% transient accomodations tax.

$600 per week for up to 4 people a 45 dollar non-taxed fee is assessed for final cleaning.

Winter Rates

$1400 per month including all utilities, water, sewer, electric, garbage, cable TV, VCR, telephone, plus lawn service. A 45 dollar fee is assessed for final cleaning.

$525 per week for up to 4 people.A room tax of 10.3% is required for stays of less than one month. A 45 dollar fee is assessed for final cleaning.
